An ICT engineer with 20years of diversified business experience spanning from sales and marketing, ICT and telecommunication engineering practice, and strategic business development and management. A great team leader, a co-founder of Tino Solutions Limited. He leads the strategic business development efforts of the Company. He is credited with over 15MW of distributed and installed solar capacity in Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Burkina Faso, La Code Ivoire and Benin.

Mr. Dugle has a deep knowledge of the solar market in Ghana and has been instrumental in the Renewable energy industry development in the last decade. He led the organization of several workshops on advocacy and training programs for RE practitioners in Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria and Burkina Faso. He believes that our current generation owe it a duty to future generations to protect the environment through use of clean energy sources such as SOLAR ENERGY, WIND ENERGY, BIO ENERGY and HYDRO ENERGY.
